Duties would include: - Identifying and connecting with the GEM missionaries working within their zone - Being familiar with where these missionaries are working, what their ministries look like, and with whom they are partnering - Maintaining a roster with this information - Staying informed about trends, training opportunities, and developments in Europe that concern their zone - Gathering and developing systems for sharing resources that can educate, inform, and equip missionaries who are working in their zone as well as help them to evaluate their efforts - Being a resource/support for missionaries working in their zone - Being a recognized, in-house reference/expert for GEM leadership on their zone - Meeting 1x/year in person with the other Impact Zone Leaders and the president of GEM, plus monthly virtually with the Impact Director and other Impact Zone Leaders - Completing a monthly activity report and submitting it to the Impact Zone Director To apply please contact Jenn Williamson at by Nov. 30, 2023 Originally posted on Himalayas
