ONYX is growing. We’re hiring MemberX Coordinators. You must be open to working at all current and future Chicago company-owned locations.

You’re the first person every member meets. You know the Method, the schedule and the studio inside out. You turn first visits into memberships. You keep the experience sharp from check-in to cooldown.

This is a sales role with uncapped commission. You need strong customer service and sales experience.

What you’ll do

-

Greet every member and guest. Learn names.

Run check-in, bookings, waitlists and class questions.

Lead in-studio intros: studio tour, Method overview, membership presentation.

Match new members to the right membership for their goals.

Close memberships and class packs at the desk.

Answer walk-in and inbound questions quickly and accurately.

Resolve member concerns professionally and see them through.

-

Know the Method, the community and our studio standards cold.

-

Keep the studio clean, stocked and ready for class.

Support marketing and community events.

What you bring

-

1–2 years of membership or retail sales experience. Fitness or hospitality is a plus.

A track record of hitting sales goals.

-

Service instincts: calm, warm, focused on solutions.

-

You’re comfortable presenting pricing and asking for the sale.

Availability for 34–40 hours a week: mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. At least 1 weekend day is required.

An eye for detail and pride in a well-kept studio.

A team-first approach.

You must be 18 or older.
