We’re looking for a motivated Gym Membership Sales Representative to help grow our membership base, connect with prospective members, and create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by achieving sales goals while helping others reach their fitness goals. Key Responsibilities - Generate new memberships through phone calls, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach. - Respond to membership inquiries, leads, and prospective member follow-ups. - Give facility tours and explain membership options, pricing, and benefits. - Build relationships with prospects and convert leads into paying members. - Meet or exceed monthly membership sales goals. - Follow up with prospective members through phone, email, and text. - Assist with membership sign-ups, account updates, and basic customer service. - Help create a positive, friendly, and motivating gym environment. - Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and member referral programs. Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude. - Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. - Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets. - Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads. - Basic computer skills and ability to learn membership software. - Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.
