Please note that only applications submitted to this email address with a CV and cover letter will be considered. _________________________________________________ As a Membership Executive in Guaranteed Irish, you will report to the Head of Membership and be based in our Dublin 2 office. Working as part of the Membership Team, you will play a key role in supporting member engagement, activation and retention through strong relationship management, events and CRM management. From onboarding new members and ensuring they activate their benefits, to supporting retention activity and member engagement initiatives, you will help members get maximum value from their Guaranteed Irish membership. The role will provide the opportunity to develop experience across membership management, CRM, events and relationship management. Previous experience in CRM (preferably HubSpot) or customer service is essential. An interest in sustainability is highly desirable, as is previous experience working within the construction, energy or infrastructure sectors. _______________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Member Onboarding & Activation Welcome and onboard new members, support benefit activation, and issue membership packs and certificates Respond to member queries and provide ongoing support Maintain accurate member information across Guaranteed Irish directories, SharePoint and HubSpot Proactively follow up with new members to support activation and engagement. Ensure a smooth handover of new members from Business Development, with accurate data capture Member Engagement & Retention Undertake proactive member engagement and retention activity, including weekly retention calls, member meetings and tailored follow-up communications Follow up with tailored emails and communications to support engagement Support strategic member accounts through regular contact, identifying engagement opportunities and escalating key opportunities to the Head of Membership Collaborate with Marketing to highlight members across social media, newsletters, podcasts, events and other communications Maintain weekly membership KPI reporting, highlighting key trends and issues to the Head of Membership Events & Awards Assist in the planning and delivery of successful membership events, supporting communications, logistics, member participation and follow-up activity Support Marketing in delivering Guaranteed Irish Sector Forums and National Events, with a focus on member engagement and retention Support member participation in B2B and B2C events, including exhibition packs and social media promotion Support the coordination and administration of member awards and related activity CRM Database Management Manage and maintain accurate company and contact records within HubSpot, including membership status, contact associations, segmentation and other key membership information Maintain accurate segmentation and member data to support targeted engagement, communications and retention activity Support regular data-quality reviews and data-cleaning processes to identify and correct incomplete, outdated or duplicate records Ensure company and contact records are appropriately associated and that membership information is accurately maintained within the CRM Act as a HubSpot resource for the wider team, supporting day-to-day CRM queries and processes You may be required to take on additional responsibilities aligned with your role as both your position and the organisation grow. Required Skills and Experience 1 - 2 years' experience in a CRM, customer service, account executive or similar role Third-level qualification in business, marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience. High proficiency in CRM and support software, with experience using HubSpot, Asana and MS Office Suite for presentations, reporting and database management Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with members, colleagues and external stakeholders, both in person and over the phone Strong capability to work independently, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused mindset while also working effectively as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with members and diverse audiences by phone, email and in person Quick thinker who can adapt to changing situations and manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment Creative, dependable and a team player, with a strong work ethic and a positive “can-do” attitude Keen to keep up to date with Irish and international business news.
