This pivotal role involves developing innovative strategies to attract, retain, and expand our membership base while fostering strong relationships with members and guests. The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic sales mindset, exceptional management skills, and a passion for building community through targeted marketing and business development efforts. As a leader in our organization, you will drive membership programs that align with our mission, ensuring sustainable growth and enhanced member satisfaction. Duties - Develop and execute comprehensive membership acquisition and retention strategies leveraging outside sales, B2B sales, and marketing techniques. - Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and leadership to meet or exceed membership growth goals. - Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, industry organizations, and potential clients through effective customer relationship management (CRM) practices using Salesforce and other sales management systems. - Lead business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing high-value memberships in a competitive corporate sales environment. - Utilize sales analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, events, and service teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase visibility and engagement. - Oversee the management of key accounts through proactive communication, tailored solutions, and exceptional customer service to ensure long-term loyalty. Qualifications - Proven experience in outside sales, management, or business development within a corporate or wellness club. - Strong background in B2B sales with a focus on enterprise selling and deal closing. - Demonstrated leadership in managing sales teams or strategy development teams with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Proficiency with CRM systems, sales management systems, and analytics tools for reporting purposes. - Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to build lasting customer relationships through effective communication. - Technical sales experience preferred, especially related to premium health club and boutique studios. - Exceptional analysis skills for market research, performance metrics interpretation, and strategic planning. - Ability to foster team development through coaching and mentorship while managing multiple priorities effectively. - Experience working within a corporate sales environment with a focus on customer service excellence. Actual hourly rates, salaries, and net commissions will vary based on position, location, experience, performance, and qualifications.
