We are looking for a driven sales leader to grow our membership base and build our presence in the Murfreesboro community. The Role The Membership Director owns new member growth. You will work leads from first contact to signed agreement, build relationships with local businesses and organizations, and sell the services that help members get results: personal training and recovery packages. This position pays a monthly base plus commission, so your earnings grow directly with your performance. Responsibilities - Sign up new members through tours, consultations, phone calls, and follow-up on all inbound leads - Sell personal training and Recovery Studio packages to new and existing members - Develop and manage corporate accounts, including outreach, proposals, and onboarding of employee groups - Build B2B partnerships with local businesses, medical offices, schools, and organizations - Represent Avalon at community events, health fairs, and networking functions - Track leads, appointments, and sales in the club's membership software - Meet or exceed monthly goals for memberships, PT, and recovery sales - Deliver a welcoming first impression and a smooth handoff into the club experience Qualifications - 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or membership-based businesses - Proven record of hitting sales targets - Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, and presenting to business decision makers - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-up - Passion for fitness and wellness - Availability for some evenings, weekends, and community events Compensation and Perks - $2,000 monthly base pay - Commission on memberships, corporate accounts, personal training, and recovery packages - Uncapped earning potential - Complimentary club membership with Recovery Studio access - Opportunity to grow with the club Pay: From $2,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
