Your key responsibilities include: Welcoming members and creating a friendly club environment Speaking with prospective members and conducting club tours Following up leads by phone, SMS and email Selling memberships and helping new members get started Supporting local promotions, campaigns and community activations Checking in with members and helping them stay engaged Assisting with member enquiries and general administration Keeping the club clean, organised and presentation-ready Supporting the Club Manager and wider team with daily club operations Celebrating member wins and helping build a strong club community SKILLS & EXPERIENCE We’d love to hear from you if you are: Friendly, outgoing and confident talking to new people Naturally positive and bring great energy to a team Comfortable making phone calls and following up enquiries Motivated by goals and enjoy achieving results Reliable, organised and able to take initiative Comfortable working independently when required Passionate about health, fitness and helping people Willing to learn and take on feedback Someone who genuinely cares about providing a great member experience Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or fitness industry experience is a bonus — but not essential. We can teach systems and processes. We’re looking for the right person and attitude .
