City Sports Clubs / LA Fitness/Esporta/Club Studio has hundreds of health clubs and millions of members across US and Canada. - Assistant Membership Director (AMD) - Membership Advisor As the Assistant Membership Director, you'll be a key player in our sales force . - What You'll Do: Develop and execute strategic membership sales plansLead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass targetsProvide exceptional customer service to cultivate positive member relationshipsConduct sales training sessions, focusing on strategies to drive individual and team commissions - Requirements: Leadership or supervisory experience is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsMotivational leadership style with a focus on achieving and surpassing personal and team goalsPassion for health and fitness - Pay Range: AMD Tier 2: Increase in base hourly pay, overtime hourly pay, net commissions, which realistically range from ($700 to $1,150 per month) Bonus opportunities include: - Team club bonus - Club production bonus - Performance bonus. AMD Tier 1: Base hourly pay (based on club), overtime hourly pay, net commissions, which realistically range from ($700 to $1,150 per month). Bonus opportunities include: - Team club bonus - Club production bonus - Performance bonus. Membership Advisor: Base hourly pay (based on club), net commissions and bonus opportunities. Under the California Child Day Care Facilities Act (Health & Safety Code § 1596.70 et seq.), the Company is required to obtain a criminal record clearance before the individual is permitted in the facility. Further, the material job duties in this specific job position entail providing nonmedical care to children as part of the employer-sponsored childcare service, provide services to and interact with minors as young as 14 years of age, have access to and work in locker rooms where minors may be present, and obtain and process sensitive and confidential financial and personal information.
