# Medicine Supply and Planning Manager **PHARMASERV EXPRESS INC** · Marikina · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities Oversee medicine supply readiness across pharmacies, fulfillment operations, and supported programs Monitor the availability of required medicines and SKUs across different channels and locations Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, pharmacies, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of products Translate operational and program requirements into supply and inventory requirements Monitor stock levels, replenishment requirements, lead times, and potential supply gaps Identify and proactively address shortages, delays, and other supply-related issues Coordinate product sourcing and replenishment activities to support ongoing operations Maintain visibility of critical SKUs and ensure timely escalation of supply risks Support forecasting and planning based on expected demand, program requirements, and operational needs Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure available inventory is properly allocated and ready for order fulfillment Develop and maintain supply tracking reports, dashboards, and other monitoring tools Establish and improve processes for medicine availability, replenishment, and supply monitoring Lead supply-related projects and initiatives from planning through implementation Work closely with pharmacy and operations teams to ensure supply readiness for new locations, programs, and launches Provide regular updates to management on supply status, risks, and recommended actions Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, operations, or project management Experience managing product availability, replenishment, or supply planning Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple SKUs, stakeholders, and priorities Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with inventory and operational data Experience working with pharmacies, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, or other regulated supply chains is an advantage Experience with medicine or healthcare product supply is a strong advantage Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Willing to work primarily in Marikina, with occasional reporting to the BGC office Benefits: Company events Paid training Work Location: In person
