With the main office in Cagayan de Oro City, the company has established itself as a reliable partner for hospitals and healthcare institutions across Mindanao and beyond. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Sales Executive. The Account Sales Executive will conduct regular hospital visits and other healthcare institutions to build strong professional relationships and establish rapport with key decision-makers. Also, to identify potential clients, the Account Sales Executive open new accounts and presents solution to ensure smooth onboarding processes. This role requires consistency in meeting or exceeding the assigned sales quota through effective territory management, product promotion and negotiation. Other Job Role 1. Identify opportunities to expand market presence within region by analyzing trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 2. Provide after-sales service, address client concerns promptly, and maintain long-term partnerships. 3. Submit timely sales reports, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 4. Keeping up to date with the latest data supplied by the company or new products introduced, interpreting, presenting and discussing the data with customers Qualifications 1. Graduate of Marketing, Business or related field. 2. Proven experience in IVD sales, preferably in laboratory or medical devices 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly 4. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a field-based environment 5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office 7. Knows how to drive 4 wheel vehicle with valid driver’s license RC: 1,2 (Non-Prof/Prof) is an advantage 8. An experience in hospital bidding is an advantage 9. Willing to work overtime and on holidays 10. Willing to work extensively within NCR 11.
