The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical consumables to hospitals, clinics, medical centers, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities across the UAE. The role involves developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, conducting regular field visits, achieving sales targets, preparing quotations, following up on sales opportunities, and coordinating with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution. Promote and sell medical consumables to hospitals, clinics, medical centers, laboratories, and healthcare facilities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and healthcare professionals. Identify and generate new business opportunities through regular market visits and customer networking. Conduct daily customer visits and prepare visit plans and reports. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable medical consumable products. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales opportunities until order confirmation. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets. Follow up on pending quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments. Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product opportunities. Maintain updated customer and sales records in the ERP system. Participate in product presentations, demonstrations, exhibitions, and healthcare events. Develop new accounts and expand sales within existing customer accounts. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally. Ensure proper product knowledge and stay updated on new medical consumables and product specifications. Prepare regular sales reports, customer feedback reports, and market updates for management. Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable UAE healthcare regulations. Minimum Requirements 1–3 years of experience in medical consumables sales in the UAE. Strong knowledge of hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare procurement. Existing UAE healthcare customer network is an advantage. Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. UAE driving licence is preferred. Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems. Candidates with medical consumables sales experience are preferred .
