Clinic Management Analyze data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement. Responsible for application and renewal of licenses and accreditations required for a pre-employment medical clinic and all its services. Define, Implement and Revise operational policies and guidelines for the clinic Responsible for PEME operations. Patient Care Define, Implement and Evaluate patient care Create treatment plans Integrate and drive holistic healthcare approach in all medical services Leadership Responsible for the direct supervision of the Medical Operations division of the clinic Responsible for ensuring complete workforce of the clinic Provide coaching, training and guidance to clinic personnel within relevant scope Drive performance management within relevant scope Stakeholder Management Oversee customer support services.
