General reception and clerical duties in a Consulting Pediatric Specialty office. Responsibilities: scheduling and confirming appointments answering phone calls using Electronic Medical Records system to send out referrals and consultation letters and maintain charts. Accuro is the system used in our office. medical billing Ability to speak mandarin and cantonse is an asset. Minimum one year experience. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Benefits: Medical Dental Monthly parking or bus pass Supplemental Pay Types: Overtime COVID Considérations: Patients and staff are required to wear a mask in the medical office. All provincial health guidelines for COIVD management are adhered to in our office.
