What You Can Expect The position will be developing and executing medical education courses to support the company’s strategic goals. He/she will be responsible for the design, facilitation and the implementation of education for healthcare professionals which will enhance surgical and patient outcome within set budget and compliance guidelines. The individual will be spending time in the field interacting with key HCP faculty consultants and younger HCPs to identify potential future trainers. The position will also be supporting the department’s administrative duty, such as logistic arrangement and documentation. How You'll Create Impact Develop medical education programs that are aligned with the country’s medical education strategy and objectives. Manage all Meded and training requests and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Ensure all programs pertaining to training and education are adherent to Compliance requirements Plan, organize and coordinate the logistics including set-up and tear down for all medical education events. Work as a point of contact with associations and hospitals for educational grant submissions. Manage and maintain Facility and Consultancy agreements Partner closely with internal (Sales, Marketing, Grants, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and MedEd staff from the other countries/ regions) for the training and educational needs of Thailand market. Collaborate with external customers (Healthcare professionals, vendors and suppliers, medical and academic institutions) on all Thailand Meded-related matters Manage allocated budgets and contribute to resource management Provide support to the SEA and Regional MedEd courses, when required This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADA. What Makes You Stand Out Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and interpersonal skills are required to coordinate with multiple stakeholders efficiently in a diverse, fast paced environment. Ability to build strong positive relationships with medical professionals from different countries and backgrounds Understanding of multimedia materials and techniques is expected. PC skills in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint applications required. Excellent customer service skills and problem-resolution skills. Has a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, willing to drive initiatives to completion Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure documentation accuracy and ability to multi-task and prioritize demanding workload in a timely manner Ability to work in a team environment effectively and build relationships within and outside of the organization to get work done collaboratively Available to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed. Your Background At least 5 years of relevant experience in events organization and administration preferably in the healthcare industry HCP relationship experience is advantage. Travel Expectations Approximately 20 -30% EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
