We are looking for a patient-focused and commercially driven team member to join our international sales team. What You’ll Do Communicate with patients to understand their expectations, needs, and treatment preferences, Provide clear information about recommended dental treatments and help patients understand their options, Present treatment plans prepared by our dentists in a professional and easy-to-understand way, Follow up with prospective patients and support them throughout the decision-making process, Work closely with dentists and other internal teams to ensure treatment recommendations are aligned with clinical assessments, Build strong and trustworthy relationships with patients while contributing to sales targets, Maintain accurate patient and communication records through CRM systems. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing position; healthcare or dental experience is a plus, Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly, Fluent Turkish and English , Additional languages such as German, Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage, Target-oriented and motivated by achieving results, Confident in building relationships and guiding customers through a decision-making process, Familiarity with dental terminology is preferred but not required, Experience with CRM systems and MedicaSimple is an advantage.
