RMG Talent is working with a fast-growing Forex & Crypto company that is seeking to onboard performance-driven Media Buyers at Regular, Middle and Senior levels.

The successful candidates will be responsible for launching, managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns, primarily through Meta Ads. The role focuses on campaign optimisation, budget management and delivering measurable profitability across Forex and Crypto advertising campaigns.

Seniority will depend on the candidate's hands-on experience, level of autonomy and proven campaign performance.

Position: Media Buyer – Forex & Crypto | Meta Ads

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine / Remote

Model: On-site for those residing in Kyiv OR Fully Remote

Employment type: Full time

Salary: USD 3,000–5,000 gross per month, based on seniority and demonstrated results

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Launch, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads
• Manage advertising budgets and monitor campaign profitability
• Test and optimise advertising creatives, target audiences and landing pages
• Identify profitable campaigns and develop strategies to scale their performance
• Monitor and analyse acquisition costs, conversions, return on investment (ROI) and profit
• Prepare campaign performance reports and track key acquisition metrics
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness

REQUIREMENTS:

Regular Media Buyer

• Candidates with relevant Forex/Crypto media buying experience who do not meet both Middle/Senior performance thresholds may be considered at this level
• Practical experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Understanding of campaign optimisation, budget management and performance tracking

Middle Media Buyer

• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant media buying experience
• Demonstrated average profit of at least $30,000
• Ability to independently manage and optimise campaigns
• Proven experience scaling profitable acquisition campaigns

Senior Media Buyer

• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant media buying experience
• Demonstrated average profit of at least $30,000
• Strong campaign management expertise and autonomy
• Proven ability to deliver and scale profitable campaigns
