Location: Kattameya, Cairo, Egypt Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents for MEP systems. Handle small-scale project tendering and cost estimations. Coordinate effectively with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement teams. Ensure all MEP drawings and documentation align with project specifications and BOQs. Follow up on material approvals and technical submissions. Support quantity surveying and preparation of as-built drawings. Assist in resolving technical issues related to ongoing MEP works. Maintain organized documentation and records for technical office activities. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Technical Office and Tendering for MEP projects (especially in Firefighting). Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of shop drawings, submittals, BOQs, and project documentation. Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
