# Mechanical Supervisor **Qatar Master W.L.L** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with 6–7 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Construction projects. The candidate must have strong knowledge of mechanical installation, site supervision, manpower coordination, and project execution. Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily mechanical installation, maintenance, and construction activities at the project site. - Coordinate and monitor technicians, fitters, pipe fitters, and other mechanical workers. - Ensure mechanical works are completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and schedules. - Monitor work progress and prepare daily progress reports (DPRs). - Coordinate with mechanical engineers, QA/QC inspectors, HSE officers, and other site teams. - Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and permit-to-work (PTW) requirements. - Inspect ongoing work and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the engineering team. - Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials at the worksite. Requirements - 6–7 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in Oil & Gas or Construction projects. - Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. - Good knowledge of mechanical installation, piping, equipment installation, and maintenance activities. - Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. - Experience in manpower supervision, work planning, and site coordination. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
