BOQ Preparation — Develop Bills of Quantities based on IFC drawings, specs, and site conditions. Tender Analysis — Float inquiries, evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations, and prepare comparison sheets. Cost Control — Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and forecast cost‑to‑complete. Variation Management — Prepare variation claims, evaluate change orders, and negotiate with consultants/clients. Material Take‑off — Conduct accurate quantity take‑offs for ducts, pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, FCUs, AHUs, etc. Technical Evaluation — Review technical compliance of quotations and ensure alignment with project specs. Subcontractor Management — Assess subcontractor pricing, prepare agreements, and certify payments. Progress Valuation — Prepare monthly valuations and support interim/final payment applications. Site Coordination — Conduct site visits to verify progress, measure completed works, and validate claims. Reporting — Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and commercial summaries Pay: AED2,529.85 - AED12,355.81 per month Work Location: In person
