Schroeder ElectroMechanic LLc is hiring Mechanical Project Manager/MEP Project Manager

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• UAE Experience: 10–13 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Building Construction: Must have strong experience in building construction, preferably with an MEP contracting company.
• Industrial Projects: Experience managing industrial projects such as warehouses, factories, and similar facilities.
• Large-Scale Projects: Must have proven experience leading and managing large-scale building construction projects.
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
• Progress Meetings: Experience conducting and attending progress meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Project Management: Strong skills in project planning, execution, resource allocation, coordination, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of MEP systems, site coordination, and building construction requirements.
• Notice Period: Candidates must be available to join within 30 days or less .
