Requirements: Minimum 12+ years of UAE experience in building construction. Strong and proven experience in HVAC projects is essential. Experience in managing complete mechanical/MEP projects from planning to completion. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, project execution, coordination, and site management. Experience in managing project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Good knowledge of project planning, budget control, materials, and project documentation. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Candidates with GCC/UAE building construction experience will be preferred. Notice period: Maximum 1 month.
