Generate accurate material quantity take-offs (MTOs) derived from finalized technical drawings and engineering requirements. Maintain rigorous quality control across all mechanical installation activities during project execution. Track project expenditures, milestones, and technical quality standards to facilitate on-time delivery. Engage directly in site-level installation supervision, equipment inspection, testing procedures, and commissioning phases. Address technical inquiries, modifying engineering drawings and documentation in response to feedback from Clients and Consultants. Partner with engineering teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to resolve technical challenges on-site. Produce regular progress updates, operational handbooks, vendor technical files, and formal project handover dossiers. Background in water and wastewater treatment systems is highly preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD/CAD software alongside standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong technical English capabilities, with an emphasis on reading and comprehending engineering documents and specifications. Solid technical problem-solving skills, willingness to coordinate site operations, and strong communication abilities.
