The ideal candidate should have strong UAE experience in building mechanical works, with prior experience working with an engineering consultancy and strong site supervision and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor mechanical works at site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Review and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical services . Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents. Coordinate mechanical works with civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and other disciplines . Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of mechanical works. Conduct site inspections and ensure installations comply with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams. Identify site issues and coordinate appropriate technical solutions. Review RFIs, technical submissions, and consultant comments. Monitor testing, inspection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities. Ensure mechanical installations comply with project specifications and applicable UAE standards. Maintain site inspection records, reports, and technical documentation. Monitor project progress and highlight technical or quality concerns. Support snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover activities. Requirements 8+ years of relevant experience in Mechanical Site Engineering. Previous experience with an Engineering Consultancy is required. Strong experience in UAE building projects . Strong site supervision and technical coordination experience. Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and building mechanical systems . Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications . Strong consultant, contractor, and subcontractor coordination skills. UAE experience is mandatory. Willingness to work on an island-based project . Rotational schedule: 3 weeks on the island / 1 week remote Notice period: 0–10 days preferred. Immediate joiners strongly preferred.
