# Mechanical Fitter – M345/M346 FAL **JMC Recruitment Solutions (Canada) Limited** · Venegono Superiore, Lombardia · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Mechanical Fitter – M345/M346 FAL Location: Venegono, Italy Rate: €33.50 per hour Employment Type: Contract Start Date: Immediate Role Conditions Contract Length: Ongoing Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 Hours: 40 hours per week Overtime: Additional overtime available, potentially taking hours up to 56+ per week Travel Expenses: Up to €250 paid at the start/end of contract Accommodation: Not provided Tooling: Own tools required About the Role JMC Aviation is recruiting experienced Mechanical Fitters to support ongoing aircraft production on the M345/M346 Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Venegono, Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced aerospace mechanical fitters with a strong background in aircraft assembly, particularly those with M345/M346 or fast-jet experience. Key Responsibilities Installation and assembly of aircraft mechanical systems, including: Hydraulics Fuel systems Undercarriage Canopy ECS Functional testing of mechanical systems. Flying control rigging. Cockpit assembly. Firewire installation. Aircraft jacking. Operation of hydraulic rigs. Supporting aircraft ground movements. Reading and interpreting technical documentation and engineering drawings. Carrying out bonding checks. Working in accordance with aerospace quality, safety and production standards. Candidate Requirements Essential: Minimum 5 years’ aerospace mechanical fitting experience preferred. Proven experience in aircraft mechanical assembly and installation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation. Experience working to high aerospace quality standards. Own tooling required. Ability to work the required two-shift pattern. English or Italian language skills – one required. Right to work in the EU. Desirable: Previous M345/M346 experience. Previous fast-jet experience. Experience with aircraft hydraulic and fuel systems. Experience with flying control rigging and functional testing. Previous Final Assembly Line (FAL) experience. Why Work with JMC Aviation?
