The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical/MEP works, site activities, maintenance, installation, testing and commissioning. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate mechanical and MEP works at project sites. Plan and monitor mechanical installation, maintenance and service activities. Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other MEP teams. Prepare and review method statements, material submittals and technical reports. Monitor site progress, quality and workmanship. Ensure mechanical works comply with approved drawings and project specifications. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions. Coordinate HVAC, ventilation, plumbing and other mechanical systems as required. Attend site inspections, meetings and project coordination discussions. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in Mechanical/MEP projects. UAE experience is mandatory. Candidates without UAE experience will not be considered. Experience in HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, firefighting or building services is an advantage. Strong knowledge of mechanical installation and maintenance. Ability to read and understand MEP/mechanical drawings. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and local construction practices. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. UAE driving license will be an advantage. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Important: This position is open only to candidates with proven UAE Mechanical/MEP experience . Candidates with only overseas experience will not be considered.
