Run preventive maintenance programs. Project Management: Lead building upgrades, repairs, and facility layout modifications. Compliance & Safety: Enforce local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Vendor Coordination: Manage external contractors and service providers for specialized tasks. Budgeting & Efficiency: Track operational expenses and implement energy-saving sustainability initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management. Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant engineering or facilities experience. Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and CAD software. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication abilities. Pay: RO470.000 - RO500.000 per month Work Location: In person
