The role ensures that mechanical installations are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and applicable UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and coordinate mechanical works at project sites. Review mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection drawings. Coordinate mechanical works with civil, electrical, architectural, and fire & safety teams. Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents. Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, suppliers, and authorities. Monitor project progress and ensure mechanical activities meet project schedules. Check materials, quantities, specifications, and installation requirements. Prepare inspection requests, site reports, progress reports, and other project documentation. Identify technical/site issues and provide appropriate engineering solutions. Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and ensure proper documentation. Assist in preparing BOQs, material estimates, quotations, and project requirements. Ensure quality control and compliance with applicable UAE standards and authority requirements. Support maintenance, AMC, rectification, and troubleshooting works when required. Ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures. Attend technical and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum [X] years of relevant mechanical engineering experience. UAE construction/project experience is preferred. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or building services is an advantage. Good knowledge of mechanical installation and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret mechanical, MEP, architectural, and structural drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and applicable standards is preferred. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a project team. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
