Strong knowledge of ESL and DCD requirements and approval procedures . Good knowledge of UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and relevant authority requirements. Strong ability to read, understand, review, and coordinate mechanical/fire-fighting drawings . Practical site experience in mechanical and fire-fighting works . Experience in installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and site coordination . Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams. Knowledge of DCD-approved fire-fighting systems, shop drawings, material submittals, and authority inspections will be an advantage. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. UAE construction/site experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate mechanical and fire-fighting works at site. Review drawings and ensure site works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities for inspections and approvals. Ensure compliance with UAE Fire Code, DCD requirements, and project specifications. Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Prepare and follow up on inspections, approvals, and technical documentation. Interested candidates with relevant UAE site experience are encouraged to apply.
