You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, manage resources, monitor progress, and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Qualifications Mechanical Engineer Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple stakeholders Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills Job Responsibilities Site Leadership & Supervision: Lead and supervise mechanical site activities per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Manage supervisors, and subcontractors efficiently. Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and related works. Allocate manpower, materials, and tools effectively. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams. Design & Technical Oversight: Review shop drawings, submittals, and method statements. Testing, Commissioning & Handover: Oversee testing and commissioning of systems. Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. Ensure O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and handover documents are complete. Quality & Compliance: Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with regulations (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA). Conduct inspections and resolve non-conformities. Planning & Reporting: Prepare schedules, programs, and progress reports. Monitor productivity, identify risks, and implement mitigation. Maintain accurate project documentation. Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as main contact for mechanical works. Attend meetings and ensure client requirements are met. Note: Applicants must be currently based in the UAE. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
