Design, calculate, and coordinate mechanical systems for construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, pumps, and other mechanical installations as applicable. Prepare and review material take-offs, equipment specifications, technical submittals, and method statements. oordinate mechanical works with architectural, structural, electrical, and other engineering disciplines. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and site personnel involved in mechanical installations. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and installation activities. Identify and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and site problems. Review shop drawings and ensure that installations comply with project requirements. Conduct testing, commissioning, and inspection of completed mechanical systems. Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, as-built documentation, and other project records.. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and company managements as needed. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, engineering standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Assist in project cost estimates, procurement, scheduling, and technical evaluations. Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations as needed Perform other engineering and construction-related duties assigned by management. Work Location: In person
