Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems into building designs effectively. Perform detailed calculations and simulations to optimize system performance and energy efficiency. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment for mechanical installations. Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure the proper functioning and safety of mechanical systems. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction firm as a Mechanical Engineer within the UAE, with a focus on high-rise buildings. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices, with expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards related to mechanical systems in high-rise construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant engineering software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
