Able to perform analysis and guide engineers to analyse and provide technical advice and solutions when working with stakeholders Carryout project management, planning, financial management of project, contract administration, ensure key deadlines are met and team work together effectively Liaise with multiple stakeholders for civil & structure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works Design management, coordination with contractors, subcontractors and external consultants Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent (Accredited by Singapore Professional Engineers Board) Experience in both construction management and design Conversant in Engineering analysis design software, BIM software, CFD simulations tools and other mechanical/fire engineering software.
