The role will lead and support CAPEX projects related to paint shop rehabilitation, equipment installation, automation, energy-saving initiatives, and process improvements while maintaining high equipment availability, safety, quality, and environmental compliance. The position will work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and external contractors to support plant objectives and operational excellence. We are looking for the following qualifications: Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Graduate Proficient on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Proficient on CAD Software (AutoCAD, Catia, etc.) Have background on HVAC system (Chillers and AHUs), Pumps and Motors, PLCs, VFD, etc. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and technical specifications. Ability to manage projects through detailed scheduling to achieve tight deadlines, advance communications for preparations, and creating technical report. Strong commitment on safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill using engineering approach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate engineering, maintenance, and project documentation. Willing to work flexible hours and provide maintenance support during equipment shutdowns and project activities. Willing to work and relocate Sta.
