We are expanding our technical team and seeking an experienced Mechanical Draftsman to support ongoing and upcoming projects. Role Summary Responsible for preparing accurate mechanical shop drawings, as-built drawings, HVAC layouts, plumbing layouts, and detailed MEP construction drawings for high-rise and villa projects. Works closely with MEP engineers, site teams, and other disciplines to ensure drawings meet project specifications and authority requirements. Key Responsibilities Mechanical Shop Drawings — Prepare HVAC, chilled water, ducting, piping, and plumbing shop drawings. HVAC Layouts — Develop detailed ductwork layouts, chilled water piping, equipment layouts, and ventilation drawings. Plumbing Drawings — Prepare water supply, drainage, soil, waste, and plumbing system layouts. As-Built Drawings — Update drawings based on site conditions and final installations. MEP Coordination — Coordinate with electrical, architectural, and structural teams to identify and resolve clashes. Drawing Revisions — Incorporate consultant comments, site instructions, and design changes into drawings. Equipment Layouts — Prepare detailed layouts for mechanical equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and other MEP systems. Authority Compliance — Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, approved designs, and applicable local authority standards. Maintain drawing logs, revision records, and proper documentation. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman. Experience in high-rise buildings and villa construction. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD . Hands-on experience in HVAC, ducting, chilled water piping, plumbing, and mechanical shop drawings. Experience preparing detailed construction drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. GCC experience is mandatory. Ability to work closely with MEP engineers, site supervisors, and project teams. Good understanding of mechanical systems and construction drawing standards. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and relevant authority regulations and standards . Experience in MEP coordination and clash detection. Knowledge of HVAC design and mechanical services layouts. Revit MEP knowledge is an added advantage. Experience working on high-rise buildings, villas, and large-scale construction projects Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
