The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of UAE experience and a strong understanding of MEP drafting, including Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems. Roles and Responsibilities - Preparation of MEP related Shop Drawings as per consultant’s and authority requirements. - Preparation of coordination drawings. Assist Project Manager and project team in preparation of project related drawings. - Preparation of HVAC and Plumbing drawings. - Processing of Subcontractor shop drawings. Making As-Built drawings according to authority requirements. - Perform other task as instructed by immediate head from time to time. Awareness/exposure on various construction/System methodologies. Experience and qualifications - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in luxury residential projects preferably villas. - Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD Preferred Other nationality except Indians Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
