The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, review, and coordination of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems for building projects, ensuring technical accuracy, code compliance, and seamless coordination across disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Design HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems for building projects Perform engineering calculations including cooling load, pipe sizing, duct sizing, and pump and valve calculations Review and verify consultant design drawings, specifications, and calculations for HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage Coordinate with Electrical, ELV, and Fire Fighting systems to ensure integrated design solutions Identify design discrepancies, constructability issues, and value engineering opportunities Lead the preparation and review of coordinated MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit/BIM Coordinate with the BIM team to develop LOD-compliant models and clash-free drawings Prepare builders' work drawings, sleeve drawings, and coordinated ceiling/shaft layouts Perform design checks, equipment selections, and sizing calculations to validate consultant designs Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, architects, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues Review material submittals, technical datasheets, and alternative proposals Support authority approvals, RFIs, design change requests, and variation submissions related to MEP works Provide technical support to procurement, site execution, and testing & commissioning teams to ensure successful project delivery Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP design engineering Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting system design Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and/or Navisworks is an added advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and disciplines Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under project deadlines Work Location: In person
