The ideal candidate should have solid MEP consultancy experience and hands-on involvement in the design, coordination, calculations, and authority submissions for building services projects. Key Responsibilities Design and develop HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems for building projects. Prepare design drawings, layouts, technical reports, specifications, and engineering calculations. Handle concept, schematic, detailed and authority submission designs . Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, structural, electrical, and other disciplines . Review shop drawings, material submittals, technical proposals, and contractor submissions. Participate in design and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams. Provide technical support during construction and project execution stages. Ensure designs comply with UAE authority requirements and international standards . Support project delivery within agreed timelines while maintaining design quality. Required Technical Knowledge Strong knowledge of HVAC design and load calculations . Good understanding of Plumbing and Firefighting system design . Knowledge of UAE Civil Defense requirements and authority regulations . Working knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC/UPC and relevant international codes. Understanding of energy efficiency and sustainable building requirements. Software Skills AutoCAD – Mandatory Revit MEP – Strong working knowledge HAP / Elite or equivalent HVAC design software Hydraulic calculation / pipe sizing software Microsoft Office Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering . 4–10 years of relevant experience in MEP / Building Services Consultancy. UAE or GCC consultancy experience is highly preferred. Experience with residential towers, villas, commercial buildings, hospitality, mixed-use and high-rise projects . Strong technical, analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have specifically in MEP consultancy, and how many years are in the UAE/GCC?
