The candidate will assist in day-to-day operational activities, device enrollment, implementation support, report preparation, client coordination, and troubleshooting support activities. Job Requirements Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu Basic knowledge of Excel including data entry, report preparation, filtering, sorting, and tracker maintenance Good interpersonal, coordination, and team collaboration skills Quick learner and willing to work in support and operations environment Traveling is mandatory based on project and client requirements. Roles & Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day MDM support and operational activities Support device enrollment, configuration, and implementation activities Coordinate with users and clients for basic troubleshooting and support activities Prepare reports, maintain Excel trackers, and update operational documentation Assist senior engineers during project implementation and deployment activities Monitor device enrollment status and operational activities Handle basic troubleshooting related to application installation, enrollment, and connectivity issues Work closely with internal teams for issue tracking and resolution Provide remote and onsite support based on project requirements
