The Role We are looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Tools and Automation Specialist based in Warsaw , Poland . We are looking for an individual who is driven, motivated and looking for a challenge. The successful candidate be proactive, collaborative and with a project mindset to drive issues to conclusions What you’ll do: This role encompasses the MDM Specialist one. This role adds the development and implementation of Automation solutions and Tools within the MDM team for product masterdata Work Package Leader in all NPI Projects as well as s ub- w ork p ackage Leader for non-core masterdata functions Masterdata Lead in Product Change Management Projects Pilot small projects either as part of Product Change Man agement or part Data Maintenance Support O perational / Production requests for masterdata topics Identify systemic gaps in process and propose, implement solutions as part of Continuous Improvement Propose automated solutions to improve both masterdata and overall Team efficienc y Collaborate with MDM developers to provide efficiency solutions for masterdata issues either as part of an NPI or regular masterdata maintenance Design, develop, test and maintain Aut omate Studio Scripts / Queries / Templates and Automa te Evolve Forms / Workflows for material masterdata solutions Build supporting automation and integration using the most appropriate tools (for example Power Automate, SAP BAPIs, APIs/connectors, file interfaces and Excel/VBA) when required by the solution. Perform technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across Evolve / Studio / SAP integrations and coordinate resolution with ICT, infrastructure teams and Precisely when required. Lead and train the other MDM Specialists and end-users to ensure the absolute best-in-class use of the solutions developed. Be a Project Core Member on the Strategic Project of the MDM Tool ( Automat e Evolve ) driven by MDM Tool and Automation Lead. What you´ll need to have: Significant professional experience working on masterdata management topics Business Analyst level e xperience of SAP modules like MM (mandatory) and/or PP, SD (desi rable) Experience of SAP BAPI Experience of automation / Efficiency tools like Evo l ve (or something similar) Experience of Data Analytics / Reporting like PowerBi (or something similar) Experience of scripting /pro grammin g langu ages such a s J a va Scrip t , Visual Basic or VBA Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, and with system integration concepts such as APIs and file-based interfaces ( CSV, TXT or XML ) .
