It needs a seasoned FP&A leader to take the helm of this transformation. This is a Managing Director level mandate, offered as a 6–12 month rolling contract and based in Singapore or London. This is not a maintenance role. You will be the senior change leader redefining the bank’s global FP&A model. You will shape how financial insight reaches the people making the biggest decisions in the organisation. Hands on and in the trenches. The opportunity You will lead a global FP&A change programme from strategy through to delivery, working at the very top of the house. Your day-to-day partners will be Heads of Business, regional and group CFOs, and COOs across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. Your work will set the direction for planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management worldwide. What you will do - Own and lead a global FP&A transformation agenda, from target operating model design to execution - Redesign planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to deliver faster, sharper and more forward-looking insight - Act as a trusted adviser to CFOs, COOs and business heads, influencing decisions at executive and board level - Drive the adoption of modern planning platforms, data, automation and AI-enabled forecasting - Bring together global, regional and offshore teams around a single, clear vision - Set up strong governance, benefits tracking and senior stakeholder reporting across the programme - Lead the people side of change so new ways of working stick and deliver lasting value What you will bring - Deep, hands-on FP&A leadership experience within a global or tier-one bank of 20 years or more - A proven record of leading large-scale, multi-region finance or business change programmes - Credibility and gravitas with senior stakeholders, with the confidence to challenge and influence at C-suite level - Strong knowledge of banking performance drivers, including revenue, cost, balance sheet and capital - Experience of modernising finance through technology, data and operating model redesign - The ability to move between strategy and detail and land change in complex matrix organisations - Availability for a contract assignment with a prompt start Why this role This is a rare chance to put your stamp on the finance function of a global bank.
