McDonald's Shift Manager
The purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit on your shifts. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: managing employees to ensure the restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to on every shift engaging with your team to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Maccas Experience to life everyday ensure the compliance of food safety and safety & security standards to create a safe environment for our employees and customers To be successful in this role you will, be a strong leader who can provide clear direction, coaching and support to the team be an excellent communicator who motivates and inspires their team to achieve the desired results while having fun have a "can-do" attitude with the ability to create a positive work environment Successful applicants must be able to work a range of shifts Monday to Sunday. Minimum hours each week is 30 hours. Pay range $27.50 - $28.95 dependent on training qualifications and experience. THE QUALIFACTIONS Minimum qualification required is McDonald's Shift Management Training of AYL (Advancing Your Leadership). A similar level with a minimum of 2 years management experience in a QSR environment will also be considered.
