# Material Expeditor **SES** · Mussafah · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Monitor the complete procurement cycle from Purchase Order placement to final delivery . - Follow up with suppliers/vendors regarding manufacturing and delivery schedules. - Prepare and regularly update the Material Expediting Status Report . - Track material manufacturing progress against the approved delivery schedule. - Coordinate with vendors for production, inspection, testing, packing and dispatch . - Identify potential delays and immediately escalate them to the Procurement/Project Manager. - Coordinate with Engineering regarding approved drawings, technical clarifications and document requirements. - Coordinate with QA/QC for Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), inspection requests, FAT and release documentation . - Follow up on Material Test Certificates (MTC), certificates of conformity, inspection reports, packing lists and other required documents . - Coordinate with logistics/shipping teams to ensure timely transportation and delivery to the project/site. - Maintain proper records of Purchase Orders, delivery schedules, vendor commitments and correspondence. - Participate in vendor meetings and progress review meetings when required. - Prepare weekly/monthly expediting reports for management. - Monitor critical and long-lead items and ensure timely action to avoid project delays. - Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to production, quality, documentation and shipment. - Ensure all materials are delivered in accordance with PO specifications, approved documentation and project requirements . Education: - Bachelor's (Required) Experience: - Material Expeditor / Expediting Engineer: 2 years (Required) - EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical: 2 years (Required) - Vendors, Suppliers and Manufacturers: 2 years (Required) - Delivery Tracking : 2 years (Required) Language: - English (Required) Work Location: In person
