About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Master Technician with strong expertise in advanced vehicle diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, and multi-brand automotive systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling complex technical issues while maintaining exceptional repair quality and supporting junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle faults across multiple brands.
• Perform advanced repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, braking, and vehicle control systems.
• Handle ECU diagnostics, wiring faults, sensors, and electronic system troubleshooting.
• Operate advanced diagnostic scanners and specialised automotive equipment.
• Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
• Guide and support junior technicians in technical troubleshooting and repair procedures.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality, safety, and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
• Strong expertise in multi-brand vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Proficiency in diagnostic scanners and specialised workshop tools.
• Ability to independently handle complex repairs and technical challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
