National Convenience Distributors (NCD) is the fourth-largest convenience-store distributor in the Northeast. Harold Levinson Associates (HLA), a division of NCD, is seeking a Master Data Management Analyst to join our team in Farmingdale, NY.

Position Summary

The Master Data Management Analyst – Data Quality & Governance (CMDM) supports product master data projects, processes, and procedures. This role creates and maintains accurate data across multiple platforms, follows established governance policies, and works closely with business stakeholders, data owners, and IT integration teams to improve master data quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, validate, and maintain master data across business platforms.
• Execute and analyze master data projects, processes, and procedures.
• Identify and help resolve data quality and consistency issues.
• Apply data governance policies, standards, and established procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, and IT teams.
• Advocate for improved master data management and data quality practices.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and technologies to support data analysis, improve efficiency, identify inconsistencies, and enhance data quality processes .

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of data management analyst experience required.
• At least 3 years of Oracle Cloud experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Must be proficient in using artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies, with the ability to apply AI effectively in data management, analysis, and process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to data governance.
