Mass Hiring Recruiter
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcing Executive to support our Mass Hiring Project. If you enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles (e.g. couriers) Contact candidates via calls, WhatsApp and job platforms Conduct initial interviews and coordinate onboarding Support daily hiring targets and recruitment activities Participate in employer branding activities, including TikTok Live sessions Requirements: Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field Strong communication skills and confident in speaking Comfortable handling high-volume recruitment Willing to appear on TikTok Live for hiring activities Able to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Salary from RM2,500 and above (based on experience) Supportive and helpful team environment Opportunity for career growth and progression Exposure to high-volume recruitment operations Engaging team activities and positive workplace culture Perks & Benefits Nearby public transport Central location Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits: Professional development Work Location: In person
