Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Project Manager to manage the project scoping lifecycle and program management for a 1-year Marketplace Program . The role will involve coordinating multiple departments and third-party partners to ensure quality delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Key Responsibilities Define project objectives, KPIs, scope, purpose, and deliverables . Develop project charters, plans, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies. Manage project budget, risks, communication, and quality . Coordinate people, resources, and third-party partners throughout project execution. Monitor project progress, deliverables, and activities, addressing risks and issues proactively. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements-gathering sessions across multiple departments. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams. Key Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or program management roles. Experience in Leisure & Entertainment, Retail, or related industries . Strong requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation skills. Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and KPIs . Proven project planning, execution, risk, budget, and vendor management experience.
