The Marketing Team Lead is responsible for leading the restaurant’s marketing, branding, sales support, and community-facing initiatives. This role connects marketing strategy with restaurant operations by identifying opportunities to increase sales, strengthen guest relationships, build community partnerships, and promote the Chick-fil-A brand. The Marketing Team Lead works closely with Operations, Catering, Community Engagement, Social Media, and restaurant leadership to create and execute marketing initiatives that support business goals while maintaining Chick-fil-A brand standards. Qualifications and Requirements: - Experience in marketing, sales, hospitality, business development, or community engagement preferred. - Willingness and ability to actively work in restaurant operations . - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Creative, detail-oriented, and dependable. - Comfortable networking, prospecting, and building professional relationships. - Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Comfortable with social media and email marketing. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Commitment to Servant Heart, Grit, and Integrity . - Reliable transportation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members - Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility - Ability to lead and encourage others Most Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
