Working under the guidance of the Product Manager, you will handle event execution, manage physical advertising displays across our facilities, maintain collateral inventory, and organize crucial departmental records to support our overall marketing operations. What You'll Do Support Event & Advertising Campaigns: Assist in coordinating hospital events, oversee daily physical ad displays, and help manage placement and removal across facilities. Manage Marketing Collateral: Monitor daily stock levels of marketing materials, submit weekly inventory reports, and initiate timely purchase requisitions as needed. Maintain Records & Reporting: Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation for product management and corporate communications, delivering regular weekly progress updates. Provide Flexible Team Support: Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc department projects to help achieve broader marketing and institutional goals. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field. Open to entry-level candidates—no prior professional experience required. High organizational ability, strong attention to detail, proactive task management, and a collaborative team attitude.
