Market Research: Study market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to spot new business opportunities. Content and Materials: Prepare and distribute promotional materials, web content, and press releases. Event Coordination: Organize and represent the company at trade shows, product launches, and promotional events. Data Analytics: Monitor campaign performance using metrics to evaluate success and plan future strategies Store Operations: Manage daily online store activities, including product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and stock replenishment. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute online campaigns like SEO (search engine optimization), SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive traffic. Website Management: Oversee site design, user experience (UX), mobile responsiveness, and checkout security by working with IT or web developers. Data Analysis: Track website traffic, conversion rates, cart abandonment, and sales metrics to create performance reports and find areas to improve. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams or external agencies across marketing, product, and customer support.
