About PSI Assets

PSI Assets is looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Specialist with experience in real estate marketing, campaign management, and lead generation to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, promoting property listings, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting the sales and leasing teams in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial properties.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate property marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support sales and leasing activities.
• Develop marketing strategies for property launches, project promotions, open houses, and real estate events.
• Collaborate with the social media, graphic design, photography, and videography teams to create engaging marketing content.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Prepare campaign reports and recommend improvements based on performance data.
• Coordinate with property portals and relevant teams to ensure accurate and effective property promotions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities and industry trends.
• Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with applicable UAE real estate advertising regulations and company guidelines.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign schedules, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, preferably within the UAE real estate industry.
• Hands-on experience in planning and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and lead-generation strategies.
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing, property promotions, and customer acquisition.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and preparing marketing reports.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative thinking with a strong focus on lead generation and measurable results.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market is an advantage.
